Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup crunchy granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gently wash the blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces so they layer easily in your glass or bowl.
- If you are using plain Greek yogurt, place it in a small bowl and stir in the vanilla extract and one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. This ensures the yogurt has a hint of sweetness and a pleasant aroma in every bite.
- Take two clear glasses or jars. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each container. Spread it evenly to create a clean base layer.
- Add a generous layer of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to create a vibrant pop of color against the white yogurt.
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries. This provides a necessary textural contrast to the creamy yogurt and soft fruit.
- Repeat the process by adding another layer of yogurt, followed by more berries and another sprinkle of granola. Continue until the glasses are full or you run out of ingredients.
- Drizzle the remaining honey or maple syrup over the top layer. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired and serve immediately to enjoy the maximum crunch of the granola.
