  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup crunchy granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently wash the blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces so they layer easily in your glass or bowl.
  2. If you are using plain Greek yogurt, place it in a small bowl and stir in the vanilla extract and one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. This ensures the yogurt has a hint of sweetness and a pleasant aroma in every bite.
  3. Take two clear glasses or jars. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each container. Spread it evenly to create a clean base layer.
  4. Add a generous layer of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to create a vibrant pop of color against the white yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries. This provides a necessary textural contrast to the creamy yogurt and soft fruit.
  6. Repeat the process by adding another layer of yogurt, followed by more berries and another sprinkle of granola. Continue until the glasses are full or you run out of ingredients.
  7. Drizzle the remaining honey or maple syrup over the top layer. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired and serve immediately to enjoy the maximum crunch of the granola.
