  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 68 slices of thin-cut deli turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons classic ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 4 thin slices of tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 2 slices of cooked bacon for extra crunch

Instructions

  1. Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board or a large plate. Spread one tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges to prevent the dressing from leaking out when you roll it.
  2. Place 3 to 4 slices of deli turkey on top of the ranch dressing in the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the turkey slices. This helps keep the cheese in place and adds a nice layer of flavor.
  3. Top the turkey and cheese with the shredded lettuce and tomato slices. If you are using bacon, crumble it over the top now. Be careful not to overfill the wrap, as this can make it difficult to roll tightly.
  4. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward toward the center. Then, starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up tightly around the fillings. Make sure to keep the sides tucked in as you go to create a secure bundle.
  5. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each wrap diagonally across the middle. This makes them easier to handle and eat. Place the wraps into your lunchbox container, making sure they are packed snugly so they don’t unroll.
